: I'm considering buying this kit but am concerned about two things. Is it nearly invisible and a few years down the road what kind of task will it be to remove them? I would hate to try to peel them off and find they leave their adhesive behind which would be a miserable job to clean. Anyone have any experience with these kits? Thanks

I have it installed on my 2000 328i steel blue and it was a bear to install. It took my wife and I 5 hours to get it right. It is almost invisible though and offers complete protection of the entire front end, front of hood and mirrors. It is applied with a mixture of soap and water and then cured with a mixture of alcohol and water. You do need to be very careful about touching the back as it will leave permanent fingerprints. Overall, now that it's done, I'm pleased. I have even installed it on my wife's new Honda.
