Compare the 2 and see which you like. If you don't mind paying extra for the leather, go for it. Keep in mind that you NEED to maintain your leather, with leatherette you do not. Leather starts looking real bad when not properly maintained, that's why I got leatherette (low maintenance) -- Don't listen to guys trying to show off how much $$ they have...some people opt for the less expensive option, even though they can afford more.
