I just ordered a new 323i Oct. 30, and I know some other people in Texas who have bought 3 series here in Texas, and the bottom line is that it is really hard to get a good deal in Texas. You can forget about all the internet places ( etc. for Texas because they don't service this State (you may be able to use such services outside the state if you use some creativity--use a relative's residence, etc.). I sent out faxes to every dealer in the state (get the list off bmw site for dealers), and the lowest bid I got was in Tyler Texas. But a friend of mine swears by a dealer in Bryan (spelling??) Texas. I got my car for 2k over invoice, or 1k under MSRP, which is a good deal for this state, but I have heard of better deals in other states. Also, make sure you check to see if you are eligible for a corporate rebate (I wasn't). I hope this helps.

: : The BMW website gives me a price of $32,110. What would you think this vehicle with these features could be purchased for..before taxes? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
