Really, you have to make sure that they are "S" type chains (DOT rating) for slim chains. Furthermore, look to see how easy they are to install. One of the easier chains are Whitestar chains. Chains tend to have better traction than cables, but ride rougher. Chains are also more durable. Any good auto parts store should be able to help you.
