I ordered the car back in July before they had the new invoice prices for the 328Ci. I got the car at 328is invoice (which is about $1K less than the current invoice). The first service advisor represenative I was at times rude and unhelpful. I finally was able to get a dealer contact. The rest of my interaction was done directly through the dealer. The second service advisor representative I got from carorder was great. She answered all my questions promptly and acted professionally. I finally got my car last Wed. (Nov 17th) at basically 1K under invoice. It was a long road but definitely worth it.
I think carorder.com's customer service has improved greatly. I would definitely recommend them. The only downside is that you can't get the BMWs at invoice anymore.
