The holdback is already figured in to the profit the dealer will accept. (As in, they might accept 1,500 over invoice, but they also know there is another 2.2% in the deal. So, after making a deal of 1,500 over, you can't then say, Oh, by the way, the holdback will be coming to me and not you.
