: This is because BMW is their customer, not us as individual buyers of BMWs. To Wallenius, the BMWs on-board are just freight. Here's an analogy: Delta airlines (and others) carry lots of mail for the Post Office. Would we call or e-mail them to ask if a letter from Aunt Martha is on one of their planes? Well, that's a little bit different, because I'm sure Wallenius has a record somewhere of every VIN number on each boat for liability reasons. But still, it is BMW or the dealers we should contact if there are questions. We are very lucky to have (sometimes) access to the shipping line's website. Buyers of other makes don't seem to have this. Just trying to not get this link shut down (e.g., password protected).
: I DO know how what an anxious time it can be waiting for a car. One thing I learned in my wait is that complaining, question, etc. don't get it here any faster. Hope your car gets here soon!
