All 323/328's I think come with a telescoping/tilt wheel. The range was very limited to me. I went with the sport and premium package which gives you the extra thigh support (adjustable) and the power lumbar support. I too used to drive a Honda Accord EX 5-speed (1994). I bought my first BMW in 1995 (325i) and then a 1997 M3 sedan, and now a 2000 328i. Funny, I don't seem to notice Hondas anymore. The Hondas are great cars, but now seem "dull" in comparison. The overall handling, driving, and performance of the BMW makes every drive so much fun. I still never stop and ask for directions (male trait), but now I don't care because I just get to drive the car so much more. As the saying goes: "Take the long way home".
The cost is much greater than the Honda, but if you can afford it, go for it...you'll never look back. Finally, as Frank Sinatra said: "You only go around once in life...And the way I live, once is enough".
