: First, try to avoid getting another ticket. Second, if you do, go to court! Tell the judge that you are sorry and ask the honor to please attend and additional traffic school. Judges have the ability to bend the traffic school law a little. He can allow you to take traffic school again even if it is in the 18 month period. The traffic school will now be 12 hours instead of 8. This all depends on how well you can convince the judge that you will not screw up again and get caught.
: : As mentioned in my post below, I got a ticket for
: : going 82 in a 65. I have no reason to fight it (just
: : plain guilty), so I'll pay for the ticket and go to
: : traffic school. It takes 18 months for it to completely clear off your driving record. My question
: : is this: Has anyone gotten another ticket within that
: : 18-month period, and how much did your insurance go up?
: : Anyone then get ANOTHER ticket after the second one?
: : I'm more careful now, but I'd just like to know of any
: : experiences out there in case I get caught again.
: : Thanks!
