I did for one day. The store I bought it from let me return it, since it had some legal stipulation on the box. That stipulation says that it cannot void any manufacturers warranty's, unless the manufacturer provides free airfilters during the warranty. I didn't want to chance it since BMW supposedly does free scheduled service now a days during the warranty. It was only $28 and I think it helped a bit. I also read that K&N filters don't filter tiny particles as well as the factory ones so they lead to shorter engine life. But then again I have one in our '92 Maxima and '96 Suburban with out any trouble so who knows.
