They attach to the chrome poles of the headrest (you have to remove the headrest, simply lift it up till it comes off) Then the attach to the seat bottom by pushing an attached leather strip between the horizontal and verticle parts of the seat, on that leather strip are two elastic straps that wrap under the seat bottom and attach to the underpart of the front(by the back of your knees) It is a fairly seamless design. They fit well on the sport seats.
