I disagree. This is a common misconception. I hate rap, and I'm putting in subs in my car. Rap bass frequencies are actually higher in frequency than most acoustic music. Jazz, classical and rock require a lot of bass, from instruments like a string bass, bass guitars, pipe organs, or bass drums, and this type of setup and power is required for accurate reproduction.

: I am very impressed with your project and your presentation. Very nice. However, I don't think all that bass is useful for most styles of music, other than rap music (no flame or disrespect intended). Moreover, you should be very careful with your hearing (seriously); loud music will ruin it very quickly.
