323i wheels, tires, suspension (archive)

I am a "shoestringer" and want to purchase a minimal cost 323i, however, I do want reasonable tires and wheels. The base 323i 15 inchers do not make it. The premium package 16 inch 205/16 are just right. The problem is the local dealer says I can only get the 16 inch 205/16 combo with the Premium package and not as separate order. But the package comes with three items I simply will not pay one penny for: (1) moon roof (I am too tall, I hit my head), (2) wood trim, (for me it's a waste of money), (3) motorized seats, (again, waste of money since I set them once and forget them. Haven't moved the driver seat in my Integra for ten years).

Can I configure an ordered 323i EXACTLY as I want despite the "packages".
