Why buy a BMW if you're going to penny-pinch? IMHO, at least 3k of the price is in the name alone. If you don't have 40+k to burn, buy a honda or something. And don't you flamers say something about buying an M3 or something like that because the 99 model 328s and M3 are roughly the same price. The only difference is the M3 has an 80s body-style. There are just too many ppl these days creatively money-managing their way into a bimmer, which is why there are so many out there. Good thing I'm trading my car in when I graduate in a year and a half. Getting a 911. Now if I could only convince my parents to cross the 6 figure barrier and spring for the turbo :) Oh yes, and no flames about how I haven't earned anything from you old folks. I'm 19, I go to college, isn't that enough?
