I've been to every dealership in MA and NH twice (I've bought a BMW in 94 and 99). BMW of Peabody is the largest dealership in MA, has the highest volume, has the best on-site selection, the best service dept (99% customer satisfaction rating) and gives the best trade-ins (gave me twice as much on a 92 BMW trade as any other dealer). I've had bad sales experiences at Tulley (Nashua-also sell Buicks and VWs), Herb Chambers (Boston), Foreign Motors (Natick-also sell Bentleys, Rovers, etc.) Dreher-Holloway seems reasonable, but it's in the middle of nowhere.
