That's strange, because the demos should be registered and licensed, and no longer can be new.
At least that's what I usually see.

: I notice that the dealers do a demo drive sometimes in new cars. These are then sold as new cars to others.
: My question is - does this do a lot of damage to the car by someone really pushing the car; and, can they legally sell a car after this as new?
: I guess I'd prefer if my new car had been taken care of, and not used to see "how it performs".
