lists the mileage the car had upon delivery. If you take it home with 10 miles or 3000 miles, the dealer has to put the correct starting mileage on the lease contract. The mileage starts counting after that. If you are leasing, it might actually be BETTER to get a demo, b/c you can get a good deal and you wont have to worry about premature wear from abuse during test drives that wont show up until later on.
