Did my own 323iA vs. 3.2TL comparison yesterday. I think that the 65 year old lady that was taking delivery of her 3.2TL just when I showed up for my test drive made some of the most appropriate comments:

"the Accura drives so smooth and has a lot of room in the back for the grandkids."

I'll be ordering a 323iA w/Sport pkg this week once I can convince a Phoenix, AZ dealer to sell me the car for a little less $$$ ($500 below MSRP is the best so far).
