I have neither the time nor the interest to pick out the several grammatical/stylistic errors you just flaunted in that short piece of text, but trust me: we can deduce from it that your own mastery of English is nothing to write home about.
Anyhow, I think it's interesting that you would talk about BMW owners who can't speak English--I seriously doubt you can speak German! (A hint: BMW = Bayerische Motorenwerke.)
And FYI: Kazakhstan/China/Mongolia--that part of the world is *NOT* the middle east. It's Asia.
: : Before typing, you need to learn to speak proper English. Just from your language ability alone, we all know that you do not have the ability to buy a BMW and, rather, bought your car through either family welfare, illegal alien smuggling, drug/prostitution trade, or spending every dime of your waiter pay.
: : Here's a lesson for you: when you obviously have something you don't deserve and is way beyond your obvious abilities, lay low and keep quiet to avoid suspicion.
