In Missouri we have an "adopt a highway" program like many other states where civic groups adopt a part of the highway and are responsible for cleanup. Unfortunately the KKK applied and because of the constitution they were granted their "rights" to clean like anyone else and like all other groups they have a sign posted that says "This stretch adopted by the KKK".

For some reason the signs keep getting knocked over and cut down! :)

The irony of it all. The Missouri legislature has decided to rename the KKK's stretch of highway the "Rosa Parks" highway! How is that for poetic justice? Gotta love it.

p.s. The KKK has yet to pick up one piece of trash.
