This happened to me only once so far. I don't use this feature that often. Maybe 15 times since I got the car in November. It may be difficult to replicate so not worth running to the dealer on this one. If I find that there is a software upgrade or TSB for the sunroof then I'll go have it done otherwise for now it doesn't bother me that much. I did have the problem with the sunroof forgetting it's position and not close twice. I don't remember if it had forget it's position when open or tilted. If it was tilted then that may be a clue. Could it be that the sunroof had forget it's position while tilted and it just so happens that you or I was trying to close it with the key? This seems to be a reaccuring problem issue on this forum. Enough that it deserved a spot on the FAQ.
