I drove a '99 used BMW 323I today. This seams like a great deal but I wanted to run it by the experts...

BMW 323I Sedan
All Standard Parts Plus:
AM/FM In Dash CD Player
15" Alloy Wheels
Cruise Control
Heated Seats
Leather Interior
Metallic Blue Paint
Onboard Computer
Power Moonroof
26,700 Miles (extremely high for a 1 year old car)
$ 25,000 bucks (was $31,700 new)

Should I jump on this? Anything to watch out for on this model? Thoughts? I'd like to buy new but this seems more economical for me especially since anything over $30K is starting to stretch my wallet a bit too far.
