I test drove manual 323i and 528i's back to back when the drive for the cure was in town...so I got to drive both around town and for a short bit on the interstate. Price aside, I'd have easily gone for the 528i. I'm looking forward to upgrading (hopefully in few years) to either a 528 or 540...depending on how much disposable income I have when the time comes.
