Ok- I have a 323 with the standard cassette and a cd changer. I am pretty happy with this setup only because I am not really into loud music. At the same time I am very interested in installing a Clarion AutoPC in my lower storage compartment. I would like to keep the stock radio in its place and usable for other drivers and for security purposes. Plus the AutoPC has a LCD screen which many e46 owners know is not easy to see with the angle of the dashboard. So my basic questions are as follows.
1) Can I use two stereos/with a swich or something? Or should I just get another two speakers for the auto PC (considering its just for games/navigation/pc/ and basically a toy? I dont really want it for the "stereo" part of it.
2) Is there a din size conversion kit for the lower storage compartment?
3) What should I use for a power source? Is there an extra one back there?
4) Am I just nuts? should I forget about it? BUt ---It is really much much cooler thaN a plain navigation system - there are so many downloads and "toys" available!!!

HELP????!!!!!
