Anyone installed a TEN disc CD Changer??? (archive)

I have a 323i with the in dash CD. I have an old Sony 10 Disc changer from my old car. Is there any way I can wire this up and make it compatible with my in dash stereo? Anyone installed a non-BMW CD changer in the new E46 model?
