: My wife tried to close the door and ir kept "bounbing" back. I relaized that the window which normally opens slightly to allow for air escape and then closes to make a tight seal wasn't working. We pushed hard on the door and it closed. When I got home I lowered the window a bit, tried it again and it seems to be working ok.

Initialize by opening all the way then closing all the way, hold button down at full closed for ten seconds.
