0-60 mph times:
CL-S 6.5 sec.
328i manual 6.6 sec.
328i auto 7.2 sec.

Yes, these numbers were obtained from different sources (all manufacturer figures), and variations do occur. I've seen 6.9 for the 328i manual on R&T and 7.0 for the CL-S elsewhere. But the fact is, even when being extremely conservative, the CL-S can AT LEAST keep up w/ the 328i automatic, let alone the 323i.
