I just bought a 323i...moonroof and premium package, 9k miles...for $26,300, which I think is a good deal. The car you're talking about has a few more options than mine....so expect to pay a little bit more.

My car was an executive car (a freebie car driven by a BMW executive at their US headquarters in NY or NJ..I forget where...they have alot of these cars..hence the attractive price)
