How to get TICKET dropped??? (archive)

This happened yesterday. I came off a ramp in heavy traffic off the LIE (495) and was just following the traffic flow ever so slowly. Up comes a green light but since there was so much traffic, after I crossed it I ended up in the middle end of the intersection with about 6 other cars. Suddenly a pig I mean cop on the corner signaled me to pull over and proceed to write me a ticket for a Red light. Even while he was writing the ticket , maybe about 50 cars ran the red... when I asked him why he doesn't write a ticket for all the offenders, he just said, "Well I can only write one ticket at a time"

WHAT CAN I DO IF ANYTHING, TO GET THIS TICKET OFF? I tried to notice errors on the ticket, the only thing I found was the year of the vehicle (it's a '00 he wrote 64) and for Color he wrote "00" (it's a silver car).
