Has anyone had paint irregs in their cars? (m) (archive)

I have what looks like a chip and a lot of sanding under the clearcoat. My question to BMW will be did this happen at the VPC and their trying to pass this crap off hoping I wouldn't see it or did this half-assed fix come from the factory. Either way....it's totally unacceptable.....and BMWNA if you're reading this board again, you will be hearing from me.
