Drove new Acura CL Type S: disappointing (more) (archive)

drove the CL Type S today - couple observations:
Not enough headroom for me (6'3"), less than my Integra sedan in fact.
Nice interior, nicer than E36, maybe not as nice as E46. Comfortable, supportive seats, leather not as nice as E46.
Nice exhaust note, handles solidly, but feels big - hard to place the front corners.
Doesn't feel any quicker than an E36 328i (5spd), maybe slower. Haven't driven a new 328i.
Auto-manual is not very intuitive, poor substitute for a manual. Not sure who'd buy this car, though the price is good.
