Pull up a corner of the seat bottom of the back seat. With just a little bit of force the clip will release. Feel underneath the seat, working your fingers behind the material that wraps underneath the seat. Vinyl. Not leather. There are other places you can find real leather. If you have the fold down rear center armrest with trunk pass through, you can fold it down and you will find that the flap of material that is exposed is leather. With front sport seats, extend the thigh support all the way. Feel under the trim that goes between the two seat parts. Leather.

Maybe the 7 and or 5 series is "all leather" but the 3 series isn't. At least mine isn't.
