To what you consider it 12:00, then let them mount the sensors. Such a small adjustment goes unnoticed by most people and most likely they will either leave it the same or 5 to 10 deg. to the other side.
I can't stand a tilted wheel, and I've found that when they do the alignement, they don't really pay that much attention to the wheel being exactly centered. So you have to be very specific, and test drive the car before accepting it and paying.

P.D. In my last bimmer, correcting that 5 deg, was a whole afternoon process, but once set, never had to touch it again.
