If you do not plan to go after market for the audio system, I suggest you get the HK. Coz you can already hear the difference and will regret it every single day when you listen to the basic audio system.

: Just got done test driving a 323i with the base 10 speaker stereo. I thought is sounded pretty weak. Not that clear and distorted alot at moderate to high volumes. I listened to the H-K speaker upgrades. The H-K speakers did not distort as much and seemed to handle bass a lot better than the stock speakers. I am not an audiophile by any means. I was wondering what people who bought the H-K speaker upgrade thought of them after living with them for a while. I they worth $675? has anyone installed aftermarket speakers in the 323i?
