I have the stage I software on my 328i and I cannot notice one bit of difference performance-wise. However, I do get better gas mileage (0.5 to 1.0 MPG) and the Rev limit is higher. I don't think it is worth the $399 and as such I'm going back to the factory programming (I'm evoking the "30-day performnce garantee"). Other people have said they do notice a difference especially with the CAI. I'm going to put the money to work elsewhere like the suspension or new wheels.
