I told my dealer on Thursday about the possible strike. He said he didn't know about it. I called the dealership on Saturday, talked to the Manager, and he said he didn't heard about it either.

I don't blame them for not knowing. It isn't like CNN or MSNBC or any news service in the US really cares about news in other countries or have the time to talk about every stories out there, unless it is a threaten situation for US security or economy.

Nor I think BMW NA would tell dealers of the impending strike. But telling customers that their car might not arrive in time or ...at all...definitely would hurt sales. I mean, I don't expect to them to say production is going to be delay until AFTER all the BMW productions actually stopped because at this point it is still a "variable."

I am in the same boat. Week 20 323i SPP....Thought I would get it at end of June...I guess I should target middle to end of July from now...Damn...
