Radar detectors choices ? (archive)

Just pick up my first BMW...323Ci 5sp/sp pkg/cd/silver.
The car is soooo smooth that it was hard to "feel" how fast you are driving.....I'm in need of a detector. What's your suggestion with a budget less than $200.
