Hi,

I got a speeding ticket (80+ in a 65mph) last month. Anyway, I received the court notice yesterday for the bail notice. I was quite upset when I learned that the notice said I am not
eligible for traffic school. I had a ticket in different county, and i went to traffic school to get the point off the record. This was 2 years ago. So can anyone tell me how does this traffic school eligibility work? and is it possible for me to go to court and ask the judge for traffic school?
