After putting the first 250 miles on the odometer, my first impressions couldn’t be better.
Looks. Excellent, interior and exterior, I don't know which one I like the most. The classic silver gray exterior, no scratches or anything, and I tried to check every single sq. inch during the delivery checkup, Perfect! Interior, the more I look at it, the more I like black leather/wood, nice, elegant, beautiful.
Handling, Wow!, it is a bimmer after all. Solid car feeling, precise steering, excellent breaking, good acceleration. This car really asks to be driven hard, you try what you think is an aggressive maneuver and don’t feel to be near any limits, you can almost hear the car going, “please!, is that all you can do?”
No rattles so far.
Power. Good enough, I can’t go over 4500rpm's for now, but it seems good.
I did notice a little bit of rough idling when cold, just once, but I’ll wait until it is out of break in period to give it any more thought.
The sound system, well, I wasn't expecting much anyway. Is not that bad, anything above 500 Hz I think get its way out of the speakers from zero to a medium volume, but it has no bottom end. I think a small sub will round this as a low volume good fidelity system. I'll upgrade eventually. Hey, if you are going to have rattles, better have a good stereo. (of course that is IMHO).

This particular car managed to arrive in almost perfect condition. Here is the sad part, I did a very careful review, going trough all the items in the FAQ’s pick up list. Unfortunately, I failed to detect a scratch about 2 inch long in the steering wheel leather, on the exterior lower part, by the center spoke, just where your right leg will touch the steering wheel when getting in or out. It is more like a series of dots than a line, but the black layer peel off a little on every dot, it is still there, any way to glue it back or repair in some way?
I have to go to the dealer tomorrow anyway. I’ll see what they say.

Overall Satisfaction from one to ten, ten!. No regrets

Thanks for reading, have fun!
