: I've chose not to get the HK sound system. It's not worth the money. I've just upgraded my system and i'm still using the existing speakers controlled by 2 4-channel amps. Got the crossover, eq and an excellent source. Sounds 10 times better amplified with 50 watts per channel. Still have a little engine noise in at 0 volume. I'm gonnna turn down the gain and get a filter.
: But my overal opinion is the speakers are good, its the amp thats degrading them. Plus if you ad a sub, Of course its gonna sound much better. Its just common sense. So theres no way to compare the Hk sound system to the stock system, there two different types with different components involved.
