Help finding a dealer with Modic ver. 20? (archive)

I read on Pete's BMW page about how you can get the clown nose and the parking lights to flash, even when you don't have an alarm. I need to find a dealer that is still using the MODIC version 20, since that is the only software version that is able to do it. My dealer has upgraded to version 22 already. I live near Seattle, WA. I will be driving down to southern California later this month, though. If anyone knows of a dealer in California that they went to to have this done, please let me know.
