Refer to the owner's manual (or one of the other manuals it comes w/). I read it again last week and remember seeing in there that if you drive your car for trips of 10 miles or less for extended periods, that the battery will eventually lose its charge. If I get a chance I'll try to find the exact page. Your driving style may be the problem. The workaround listed in the manual was to take it out for a longer trip or to occasionally hook it up to a trickle charger.

When was the last time you drove it on a longer trip?
