Good question... Mainly the interior and handling! The Vette was loaded with cheap plastic and hollow panels everywhere, I was really disappointed! I was very surprised when I noticed how much better the bimmer actually took bends and responded, the steering wasn't near as tight, it was like I was over working. The power and braking was nuts compared to the 328, I loved that part... but the interior was the main thing that I couldn't get over! Dash is really cool, seats are Ok, but the rest was just so cheap compared to my Ci! Just got the impression that after a few thousand miles it would be squeaks and rattles everywhere!
