hk speaker vibration (archive)

I noticed a an annoying vibration when the listening to bass heavy (hip-hop) music coming from the rear of my car. I decided to fool around a little and came up with a very low
budge and un-aesthetically pleasing solution. I wedged a small hand towel folded into a 2*4 inch rectangle between the rear deck lid and the window. It stoped the bass rattle and is effective at high volume levels, the problem is that it is ugly as hell. Does anyone have a better solution to this problem?
