I have purchased from both Minneapolis dealers--most recently from Sears Imported Autos. I had been disappointed with Motorwerks both by sales and service department so decided to try Sears.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service, and the sales people I dealt with were highly professional. Two of Sears sales people recently left Motorwerks to work at Sears--apparently unhappy with management (the Walser group).

One thing you might want to note: Yes, Sears also sells Mercedes, but the service departements are completely separate, as are the showrooms. I don't buy the argument that because Motorwerks sells only BMW, that makes them better. Walser sells every car under the sun, from Hyundais to Ford Explorers. Dozens of dealerships.

Sears is an independent...one location only. No Hyundai's...just BMW and Mercedes.

: i highly recommend Sears Imports. I've bought both my bmw's from each dealer and imho, Sears offer better deals and service. The staff at Motorwerks is very rude and biased, especially if your not white with a stuffy sweater and a rolex on. I'm 20yrs old and Asian so i know how it feels. email me if you have questions
