black plastic bumper strip that holds the 4 PDC sensors (you'll see it in the lower part of your rear bumper). You only have to remove the bumper to replace the old strip with the new one (easy).

I'll email the instructions and don't be intimidated by them. I had lots of problems figuring stuff out but now that I've done it, it'll be easier for the next guy (like you!).
