: black plastic bumper strip that holds the 4 PDC sensors (you'll see it in the lower part of your rear bumper). You only have to remove the bumper to replace the old strip with the new one (easy).

: I'll email the instructions and don't be intimidated by them. I had lots of problems figuring stuff out but now that I've done it, it'll be easier for the next guy (like you!).
