Chad, I think you are seeing the 16" star 7-spoke wheels. I'm pretty sure they are part of the premium package for 323i, possibly 323ci also. They are a slightly different-looking design,(and slightly smaller, of course), than the 17" star 7-spoke wheels that are part of the 328i and 323ci sport packages.
