could be that one of the fron wheels is slightly bent out of shape, this happenned to me with my last car (pothole) and if its on one of the front wheels it can have that effect even after an alignment. take a close look- if its one of the front wheels you might just want to switch it with one of the rear wheels bc they obviously have much less effect on the alignment.
