: I noticed a yr after purchasing my 99 328 sedan that it started drifting ever so slightly to the right on open road. I took it to the dealer, explained it & they did a wheel alignment & balanced the tires. It did not correct the problem. This is a very minor drift but not minor enough to be able to take both hands off the wheel for more than 6-8 secds. The service advisor said it is the roads & most roads are plained to take cars to the right. I did not buy that. Has this happen to anyone else. My car's never been hit or damaged at all. The dealers make you feel like your just making it up. could be that one of the fron wheels is slightly bent out of shape, this happenned to me with my last car (pothole) and if its on one of the front wheels it can have that effect even after an alignment. take a close look- if its one of the front wheels you might just want to switch it with one of the rear wheels bc they obviously have much less effect on the alignment.
