More like 300-320hp and 18-19" wheels. Remember too, they get a nice weight penalty(25kg) for being RWD in most series. No info on the DTM website about a BMW team. No info at BTCC website about a BMW team either. South American Touring cars and TOCA have E36 still listed on site. Nothing listed on the FIA site regarding E46 cars being classified. South African Touring championship has E46 320i, but don't have specs listed. There are a few pics though.
